Tell President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder to drop the McKittrick Policy – a policy that prohibits the prosecution of individuals who kill endangered wildlife unless it can be proved that they knew they were targeting an animal protected by the ESA.
Since it’s nearly impossible to prove that someone knew they were targeting an endangered and protected animal, most people who kill animals protected under the Endangered Species Act get away with it.
